Finally, Goodrose has made the decision to update its network from 2003 to the latest network management.  We have LAN over WAN system. It is a kind of comprehensive and  complex. 

With the respect of efforts you have made to Yulane ORG's lan, it seems that you have installation experiences configuration LAN.  For encouraging and in order to let Yulane Solutions to have its client ( in addition to Yulane.org which is not completed but in progress). We accept proposal made by Demi Dai and approved by  Will and Linda to give this PO to Yulane Solutions to help Goodrose update its LAN only.

PO Descriptions

1. LAN Installation and System OBA Administration  Fee:  $100 per server installed and configured into the DOMAIN and working properly.

2. Cost of Hardware and Software: payable by Goodrose Foundation, need quote the following:

1. Hyper V machines  about 4 servers per machine ( 2 Exchanges, 2 SQL server, 2 Domain Controllers. 2 SharePoint Server s, and 8 Account Servers with all required Applications installed) , and 2 operation servers planning to total 16 servers with 5 HypverV machines   required
2. Local domains and other configuration  need to talk to Demi Dai at Chicago area.

You need to be prepared the following:

1. LAN diagrams

2. IP Addresses
3. AT and T Router  Spec required for At and T business account
4. Phone interface with each Account Server Configuration must be configured and installed.
5. Add each server into the domain as the Domain User is required
6. 5 Master User PP required for  User Security are required 

Above job is one day job for an experiences with Hyper - V Application pre installed and configured. 

3. Above Installation and configuration is 40% of OBA mainly NO Workflow required using Outlook.
4. Hosting Location: 1826 W. School Street Chicago, IL 60657, one of Goodrose Data Center
5. Job Implementation Actions:  get all data and client information ready > buying the machines and shipping to your location >  1st  install all Account Servers without into domains >  2nd checklist of all required resources again > Shipping all installed machines and ready installed machines to Client location > 3rd check again for all required resources again > Go to Job Site for two days mainly installing all server applications > Instllation Complete and configure remotely > Sign off sheet >  Receiving the payment
